Eligibility Criteria
While we set minimum criteria for all of our programmes, it is likely that successful candidates will far exceed basic expectations. Above all, we ask you to do one thing: inspire us.
2020 Leaders Programmes Minimum criteria:
- At least a 2:1 degree classification in any discipline
- We expect a minimum of 1A and 2Bs at A-Level
- B in GCSE Maths and English
- Geographically mobile
For the Operations Programme, we also expect that candidates will already have retail experience and demonstrable evidence of team leadership skills.
Placements Minimum criteria:
Criteria for placements are identical to the criteria for all Programmes. We recognise you will not have graduated at this point, therefore we ask that you are on track for a 2:1.
