Stage 1

The first stage of your application is to check your eligibility and your appreciation of what the Programme involves. Questionnaires reveal what inspires you and challenge you to problem-solve in real life Sainsbury's situations.

Stage 2

• Verbal Reasoning ability test
• Numerical Reasoning ability test

Next, we'll assess your reasoning skills. You must be excellent at understanding complex information in words, numbers or tables.

20 mins per test

Stage 3

• Personality Profile

An online profiling exercise will help us get to know you better as a person and how you would fit into our culture.

30 mins

Stage 4

• Telephone interview

We will arrange a telephone interview with a member of our graduate team. It's a chance to demonstrate your judgement, drive and ability to influence others.

Stage 5

• Assessment Centre

The Assessment Centre is your chance to showcase your talent. you'll be invited to one of our offices for a series of tests to evaluate your current level and future potential.

Finally, you'll meet our company Directors, who interview you in person.
