Merchandising Controller
We're always looking for new ways to deliver a more relaxed, friendly and enjoyable shopping experience. My job is to make this happen by implementing new display layouts and product lines to maximise the availability of goods and opportunities for sale. Beyond this I'm here to offer advice to customers and act on the feedback, as well as working with store managers to exchange business information. To be successful in the role you need to have relevant product knowledge, an understanding of merchandising and an appreciation of food safety, as well as knowing how to treat the customers so that they feel like number one!
