Petrol Customer Service Assistant
Petrol customers don't spend long with us so I think it's great to make a lasting impression as I take payments, help out with equipment such as fuel pumps, air and water lines and carwash programmes and keep the shop and forecourt looking its best. I'm a confident person so I try and make recommendations that boost sales, whilst of course delivering strong customer service and being business focused too!
