Training is a top priority here - and it's great to be the individual responsible for implementing our commitment to our colleagues. I work closely with in-store managers, to plan and deliver training events, identify and respond to the training needs of individual departments, provide one-to-one coaching and ensure 'buddying' support is in place for new starters. New trainers tend to be like me - joining with experience in delivering training solutions and working with a range of training methods, confident presenting, able to solve problems and develop strong relationships with the team.
