Team Leader
Since starting out as a colleague 5 years ago I was promoted into a leadership position after 2 years. The role has two great dimensions. First you need to be an inspiration and real leader to your team - to lead by example and make sure everyone works well together. Second as an inspiration to our customers and demonstrate the kind of service, product knowledge and passion that makes us number one. Beyond this, there is every opportunity to progress to Department Manager and beyond!
