Team Leader - Administration

Leading, motivating and developing colleagues in behind-the-scenes functions ranging from cash office to ordering, you'll be pivotal in the smooth running of the store. As well as playing a hands-on role, you'll be running the department in the absence of the manager, gaining the experience to climb the career ladder. We're looking for an admin background, ideally in retailing, and some people management experience. In return, our training will turn you into a great team leader and give you the necessary technical skills.
