Why can't I see any vacancies for my local store on the online recruitment site?
If your local store doesn't have any vacancies they won't appear on the recruitment site. Please keep checking the site on a regular basis as the recruitment situation is always changing.
Why can't I access your recruitment site from my PC?
It's best to use popular internet programs such as Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari to access the recruitment website.
Why do I need to be 18 years of age to apply for certain vacancies?
Some of our vacancies are only open to applicants over 18 years of age because of health and safety requirements.
How will I know if my application has been successful?
If your application succeeds we'll send you an email and a text message, so keep checking these regularly.
Will I need to show any documentation during the recruitment process?
You will need proof of your age and your right to work in the UK, for example Passport. If you're applying for a job as a groceries online driver, you'll also need documents to demonstrate you have at least four years' UK driving experience.
