Pharmacy Manager
I joined as an experienced Pharmacist, ready to take my career to the next stage, looking for increased responsibility and rewards. I now use my expertise to give customers professional healthcare advice, as well as leading, motivating, developing and coaching my team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants. It's more than just adding to my pharmaceutical knowledge qualifications - it's great to see my skills develop as I get the most out of people in a busy, fast-moving environment where they are expected to deal with a huge variety of customer issues.
