Making a store run efficiently and effectively takes teamwork - and I'm proud to say I'm one of the leaders in that process - a Sainsbury's Department Manager. Responsible for a high turnover area of the store, I bring my team together by briefing my team leaders by keeping service and standards on-track. It's a high-profile position - you're effectively solely responsible for that area - reporting to the Senior Management Team with your leadership skills in the spotlight. Lots of responsibility, but also autonomy, rewards, teamwork and a chance to prove why you're ready for more!
