Department Manager - Fresh Foods
Department Managers are absolutely vital to delivering an ever-improving shopping experience for our customers. You'll lead the fresh foods operation, including provisions and the meat/fish aisle. This will involve providing leadership and coaching to colleagues, making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time, and ensuring a safe and secure environment. We're looking for strong product, stock control and merchandising knowledge, although full training will be given. In order to meet the statutory requirement of the role all applicants must be 18 years or older.
