Department Manager - Customer Service
Department Managers are absolutely vital to delivering an ever-improving shopping experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for providing an impeccable front end service that responds to the needs of customers. This will involve giving leadership and coaching to colleagues, making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time, and ensuring a safe and secure environment. We're looking for impressive planning skills, the ability to lead a large team and a strong customer focus, although full training will be given. In order to meet the statutory requirement of the role all applicants must be 18 years or older.
