Deputy Manager
As Deputy Manager my role has plenty of variety. I can find myself doing anything from leadership and coaching managers and colleagues, to reviewing in-store procedures and activity on an ongoing basis. We look to create continuous improvement so it will take an experienced retailer with a sharp customer focus and first-class leadership skills to get things done. I like to think I'm innovative, approachable and highly organised - an inspiration to those around me.
