Local Store Manager
My customers rely on the Convenience Store for everything - from a quick pint of milk - to a full weekly shop. It's my job to make sure they receive a fantastic service however long they spend here. I'm playing a prominent role in the fastest moving (and fastest growing) part of our business. Nothing stands still! From meeting performance targets, implementing change and ensuring my close-knit team are always up to speed, it's a busy environment that requires leading from the front, being happy to roll up my sleeves and help out when required! All applicants will be required to complete a CRB check
