This team plays a critical role in ensuring that the Store Support Centre meets the needs of our stores across the country. We act as the bridge between the two aspects of the organisation, helping the Store Support Centre to understand the needs of the stores and to provide a service which really makes a difference to the teams in the field - and therefore, of course, to the customers that they look after.
