Logistics (Depot)
Stock could arrive from China or Chingford, but once it's at the depot, our team takes over. Obviously, if goods are sitting in the warehouse, it is costing us money. So everything needs to move to stores as quickly as possible so that we can get it onto the shop floor for customers to buy. There's quality to think about too. Things like flowers and food move in and out of the warehouse on the same day, so they reach stores really, really fresh.
