Our Online service now reaches 93% of UK homes. It just shows how retail is changing and how our business is growing. If our customers want more flexibility in terms of how they shop, that's fine by us. In the future, Online will be an invaluable source of customer data, providing insight into shopping habits, trends, likes and dislikes. So as we develop, we'll work ever more closely with areas such as Marketing, New Product Development and Merchandising, using the information we gain to help them understand our customers even better. The possibilities are really exciting.
