DescriptionA driving force behind the continued success of Sainsbury’s Local, you’ll work closely to support one of our Store Managers in boosting performance, profitability and customer service. Leading from the front on the shop floor, you’ll also stand in for the Store Manager where needed and get involved in every aspect of the store’s running – flexing your outstanding people skills as you build strong relationships and come up with ever more innovative ways to drive sales and increase profits.
