Pensions Compliance and Communication Associate

As Pensions Compliance and Communication Associate, you will be part of a team maintaining our Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension arrangements, ensuring high quality scheme administration and clear, simple communication.

In an organisation with over 150,000 colleagues, from new store joiners to senior managers, there is huge scope to develop our communication strategies which impact people right across the business.

Ideally you should already be studying for your PMI qualification. A good general understanding of pensions legislation is essential, with a particular focus on benefit structure and limits, and the automatic pension enrolment requirements. You must also have the communication, organisation and project skills to work collaboratively across different business functions. You’ll build relationships with our pension provider and advisers, manage performance and communicate change internally and externally through print, our website and presentations to colleagues.
