DescriptionCustomers rely on our convenience stores for everything from a quick pint of milk to a full weekly shop, and you’ll make sure they receive a fantastic service however long they spend with us. Playing a prominent role in the fastest moving (and fastest growing) part of our business, you’ll need to be adept at not only meeting performance targets, but implementing change and ensuring your close-knit team are always up to speed. It’s a busy environment, so while you’ll lead from the front on the shop floor you should also be happy to roll up your sleeves and help out.
