DescriptionDepartment Managers are absolutely vital to delivering an ever-improving shopping experience for our customers. You’ll be responsible for the entire dry goods operation, including the grocery, beers, wines & spirits, frozen goods, health & beauty and warehouse areas. This will involve providing leadership and coaching to colleagues, making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time, and ensuring a safe and secure environment. We’re looking for great planning skills and the ability to lead a large team, plus expert merchandising and stock control knowledge, although full training will be given.
