DescriptionDepartment Managers are absolutely vital to delivering an ever-improving shopping experience for our customers. You’ll lead the night shift in a store-wide replenishment operation and take responsibility for back-up areas and the receipt of goods overnight. This will involve providing leadership and coaching to colleagues, making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time, and ensuring a safe and secure environment. We’re looking for a good all-round knowledge of store processes and the ability to lead a large team, although full training will be given.
