DescriptionDepartment Managers are absolutely vital to delivering an ever-improving shopping experience for our customers. You’ll lead the in-house bakery operation, and take responsibility for brought in breads and cakes. This will involve providing leadership and coaching to colleagues, making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time, and ensuring a safe and secure environment. An experienced bakery manager, you’ll have strong product, stock control and merchandising knowledge, although full training will be given.
