If you’re looking for an energetic environment where your talent can grow, we are actively recruiting 
for a Senior Client Manager to join us and work with a portfolio of multi-national suppliers to 
Sainsbury’s.

You will:
• Confidently manage client relationships to achieve annual client revenue targets through our 
range of insights and marketing solutions.
• Develop a deep knowledge of the clients’ businesses both from a sales and marketing 
perspective
• Lead the development of the key client senior contact strategy
• Lead annual planning process across insight and marketing solutions to drive ways of 
working both at a tactical and strategic level
• Manage and support team in the delivery of all client marketing campaigns
• Establish a regular communication platform with the Insights commercial team to 
understand and leverage insights opportunities
• Proactively provide senior team with detailed knowledge, performance updates, 
presentations and support as required
• Manage direct report/s against specific objectives, supporting through coaching, training 
and personal development
• Manage financial aspects from forecasting through to invoicing to ensure maximum 
profitability against annual targets
• Remain up to date on industry trends and competitive threats, seeking out and 
demonstrating creative thinking in leveraging new opportunities to drive 
growth/relationship

You’ll need:
• A university degree or equivalent business experience
• Extensive previous client services experience, ideally in retail or FMCG
• Experience in media sales working to revenue targets
• Experience in line management (desirable)
• Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with an understanding of insights
• High energy, proactive and a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
