What you'll do
- Be at the forefront of planning and delivering vital people change communications across the organisation.
- Your primary focus will be to develop and execute a compelling narrative that aligns with the company's strategic commitments, particularly concentrating on colleague engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring that leaders and colleagues understand their roles in facilitating the necessary people change to achieve the company's strategic objectives, while also crafting and disseminating messages that inspire engagement and unity within the business.
- Collaborate with senior management, HR, and various stakeholders to lead communication efforts for change projects, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching narrative and goals.
- Create effective internal communications channels and build trust across the organisation, driving impactful change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
Who you are
- An experienced internal communications professional, adept at creating and delivering communication plans in fast-paced and complex organisations.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams, including senior leaders.
- Effective at communicating people change projects to complex audiences and disparate workforces.
- Excellent judgement, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of the retail environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in crafting communications for various formats and advising stakeholders on tone and delivery, ensuring clear and concise messaging that drives engagement and supports organisational objectives.
