What you'll do
As the Art Director for Home, Interiors, and GM at Zest, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling and effective creative concepts and campaigns that align with the brand identities of Sainsbury's portfolio of brands, with a particular focus on Habitat and Argos. Your role will involve leading the end-to-end concepting of projects, collaborating with internal and external teams to bring ideas to life, and ensuring that all work produced consistently aligns with the brands' identities and messaging. You will provide guidance and leadership in art direction, mentor production teams to achieve excellence in creative output, and stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to keep the work fresh and relevant. Your ability to originate, conceptualise, and execute art direction concepts will be crucial in driving the creative vision and quality of output at Zest, contributing to the success and growth of the business over time.
Who you are
As the Art Director for Zest at Sainsbury's, you are a seasoned creative professional with a passion for crafting visually compelling and effective campaigns that resonate with the diverse brand identities of the Sainsbury's portfolio, particularly focusing on Habitat and Argos. Your extensive experience in art direction within the GM, Homeware / Furniture, or Design-Led brands, coupled with your ability to lead end-to-end concepting and collaborate with cross-functional teams, showcases your expertise in developing innovative and high-quality multi-channel campaigns. With a deep commitment to detail, creativity, and maintaining brand consistency, you drive excellence in creative output and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Zest's creative vision to engage and inspire audiences.
