The Senior Campaign Delivery Executive role is responsible for the management of Nectar marketing campaigns to drive participation/transactions with partners and Nectar programme engagement. Working in a small team reporting to the Senior Campaign Delivery Manager, with four other campaign delivery executives. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of Nectar campaigns and promotions. Responsible for the day-to-day tasks and management of individual offers through to tactical campaigns. Ensure all SLAs and deadlines are met and campaigns are delivered efficiently and compliant with data governance and company guidelines.
  • Organise and traffic Nectar campaigns from the Planning teams and Partner Account Management team into channel delivery teams using a clear stage-by-stage process and project management tools.
  • Non-client facing you will work inter-departmentally kicking off work stream meetings to organise planning, scheduling, audience targeting, receive and distribute, briefing of data requirements, customer journeys, creative briefs, and stakeholder sign offs.
  • Responsible for the set-up of some ad hoc awarding of Nectar points for campaigns trafficked through the Campaign Management team.
  • Working on projects across Nectar360 owned channels such as email, research, the Nectar app offer stream, app notifications, Paid Media/Display Ads and nectar.co.uk, amongst others. 
  • Take a lead on process improvement projects as well as supporting the team in identifying where improvements could be made in Campaign Management team process and implementing any improvements by documenting and communicating processes to ensure clear understanding and impact of best practice.
  • Support the Campaign Delivery Managers with training of Campaign Delivery Executives and any new starters within the team, as well as updating relevant documentation. 
  • Working with stakeholders on upcoming CRM projects, Nectar customer lifecycle work streams, multi-channel event promos (e.g. Black Friday and Christmas) for partners and/or Loyalty programme level by managing from end-to-end by bringing together the relevant stakeholders to seamlessly execute. 
  • Lead the Campaign Planning Forum (CPF) meeting alongside other Campaign Management leads, by reviewing upcoming One Briefs, assigning time slots, co-ordinating the stakeholders in the meeting and responding on channel support post-meeting. This will also involve scheduling and assigning campaigns to Campaign Managers and ensuring air traffic control protocols are adhered to.  
  • Training key stakeholders to ensure they are in line with processes.
  • Support the business in other areas as required including taking part in occasional store working to gain an understanding of the retail operation and support stores at the busiest times of the year. 

Who you'll work with:

  • Work as a partner champion for assigned partners to understand and support their short-medium-longer term goals and objectives, CRM projects as well as BAU campaign management.  
  • Collaborate and work closely with various teams including: Nectar360, Loyalty Marketing, Insights/Analytics, Partnerships, onshore and offshore Data teams, Digital Marketing and Product (nectar.com and the Nectar app). 

Requirements: 

  • Experience in a campaign operational, project management, operational marketing role or similar. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience in using project delivery/Kanban tools and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & team working skills including a positive approach to problem solving and change. 
  • Experience in coordinating other team resource, enforcing deadlines, and being able to deal constructively with difficult conversations
  • Willingness, confidence and ability to take initiative and adapt to changes in work streams.
  • Ability to lead work streams and to manage many projects concurrently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and produce desired results to strict deadlines
  • Detail oriented and process driven
  • Knowledge of the principles of email, app, social media marketing
  • A desire to stay up to date with company and industry trends and development within the Loyalty space by reading relevant material, attending training courses and other industry events.
