These are our instore Customer Service roles, there are a number of roles available, so please ensure you thoroughly read each job description before applying.
Our two most common roles are Customer Service Assistant and General Assistant.
Customer Service Assistants spend most of their time on check-outs, you’ll be expected to greet customers with a friendly smile and a pleasant word, and make sure their shopping is processed, packed and paid for without unnecessary delays. General Assistants are required to be multiskilled and complete a range of tasks on the shop floor and in the Warehouse. This could involve everything from assisting customers with their enquiries and maintaining an uncluttered environment to replenishing stock and supporting colleagues.
