You will act as a role model and encourage, empower and trust your team to deliver results. With the strategy outlined, this is the time to execute it right across the depot under your leadership and guidance. You’ll work in a highly unionised environment, understand the importance of health and safety and the benefits of building positive, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders and third-party logistics teams. You’ll work collaboratively to people manage all warehouse activities on your shift across multiple functions to optimise processes and capability.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We’ll also rely on you to bring a leadership approach that promotes an inclusive&nbsp;culture, leading to high levels of trust that can drive a high performing team whilst meeting targets.
