Our In-store team

We’re the people who meet and help our customers in our stores and on their doorsteps. We make sure they get the good food they’re looking for. We answer their questions. And we always aim to make their lives that bit easier.

In our stores, our purpose, mission and values really come to life. They’re the largest part of our business. To put it simply, Sainsbury’s wouldn’t exist without our diverse and dedicated team doing what it takes to deliver for our customers every day.
