What you'll do
You will play a crucial role in mapping and measuring pain points, identifying causes and solutions, and envisioning new customer experiences for Sainsbury's Group products, services, and propositions. Operating in an agile, collaborative environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to evaluate existing services, conduct user research, and create customer experience maps based on user-centred design methods. You will champion the voice of the customer, facilitate workshops, and create prototypes to validate and iterate on concepts. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and expertise in inclusive design frameworks will be vital as you collaborate with stakeholders and influence the development of new and existing customer journeys and missions. With your thought leadership and outstanding portfolio showcasing transformed customer experiences, you will advise the business on best-in-class user experiences and work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment to contribute to better customer and business outcomes.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, service design, and UX design, preferably within a big brand. Your creativity and problem-solving skills transcend both physical and digital spaces, allowing you to envision and create exceptional experiences that align with Sainsbury's corporate strategy. With your expert knowledge of inclusive design frameworks and technical proficiency in tools like Adobe and Sketch, you collaborate effectively with stakeholders, conducting user research, facilitating workshops, and championing the voice of the customer. Your outstanding portfolio showcases your ability to transform customer experiences and deliver superior business outcomes. Through thought leadership, proactive collaboration, and exceptional communication skills, you advise the business on best-in-class user experiences and drive innovation in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
