In a nutshell
As Senior Product Manager in Supply Chain, you’ll focus on understanding, anticipating and exceeding customer product needs, creating opportunities to add broad appeal to customers and championing their long-term vision to support our business strategy. Always considering the market context, you’ll clearly articulate the business benefit of potential and current products, while tracking both effort and value delivery, to identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement.
You’ll utilise a variety of techniques to develop your understanding of the tech landscape and customer expectations of technology, using product metrics to prioritise their specific product roadmap effectively and seeking out data and insights to allow you to make informed decisions.

What you need to know
This role is focussed on Supply Chain capabilities, leading significant growth initiatives to deliver on group outcomes. You will cultivate strategic business priorities and develop multi-year roadmaps to drive growth and revenue targets, while optimising the performance of the existing supply chain capabilities.
- Proven experience in digital product management covering both consumer-facing and non-customer facing products.
- Understanding and experience with engineering build and OTS products.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, agile methodologies, and software development lifecycles.
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in analytics and technical architecture, capable of translating complex requirements into actionable product solutions
- Strong understanding of software development processes, web technologies and user interface design
What you need to do
Product Leadership:
- Strategy; take ownership for the roadmap and the entire product management lifecycle.
- Define and champion the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead innovative ML/AI-driven initiatives to drive strategic objectives.
Requirements Engineering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Research; speak to customers, research competitors and understand how technology is changing to help feed into the new product development process.
- Translate the new product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Transform requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
Backlog & Stakeholder Management:
- Own and prioritise the product backlog to ensure maximum value delivery.
- Align with cross-functional teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaboration & Delivery:
- Partner with engineering squads to support the development of new features.
- Define and maintain innovation project charters, ensuring clarity and scope.
- Product Launches; launch new products to user teams, helping develop the release plans.
- In-life Product Management; manage success metrics for the product whilst taking responsibility for the entire product lifecycle.
Governance & Documentation:
- Establish and uphold strong data/system governance standards.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation for all stakeholders.
