What you'll do
As the FM Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic projects that drive commercial, process, and service improvements within the Facilities Management division. You will lead the creation of strategic insights by translating data into actionable strategies, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient delivery of the FM Strategy. Additionally, you will manage a team of strategy and process improvement specialists, oversee budget accountability, and drive efficiencies in end-to-end processes across internal and external operations. Your role will involve continuous improvement, strategic alignment, governance, communication, and measurement to support the achievement of departmental goals and deliver industry-leading FM services.

As an FM Strategy Manager, you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in delivering complex projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives. With exceptional analytical skills and experience in translating data into actionable insights, you excel in leading strategic projects that result in commercial success and process efficiencies. Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with your ability to motivate and develop teams, enable you to drive strategic governance, insight delivery, and transformational projects that align with business objectives. Adept at managing budgets, developing measurement models, and implementing innovative solutions, you are a results-driven professional with a keen focus on delivering excellence in FM service and performance.
