What you'll do
As an End to End Content Designer at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in creating concepts and solutions for products, services, propositions, and experiences across various digital and physical touchpoints. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will champion the customer and CX principles throughout the design process. Your responsibilities will include crafting intuitive and accessible content that guides customers seamlessly through their interactions with Sainsbury's, ensuring alignment with brand standards, legal requirements, and overall business goals. Additionally, you will proactively iterate content design standards, share your expertise with the team, and contribute to scaling your impact by developing content guidelines and upskilling others.

Who you are
As an End to End Content Designer for Sainsbury's, you are a seasoned professional with a strong background in content design or UX writing for prominent brands. With a high level of creativity, problem-solving skills, and experience in collaborating with stakeholders using agile methods, you excel in creating intuitive, accessible experiences that guide customers seamlessly through physical and digital touchpoints. Your expertise in content design tools and techniques, inclusive design frameworks, and Figma, along with your ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse personalities, make you a valuable asset in shaping and delivering exceptional end-to-end customer experiences across various platforms and channels.
