What you'll do
As the FM Operations Coordinator at Sainsbury's, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a data and insight-led FM service across the zone, working closely with the Operations Project Manager to deliver a best-in-class FM support function. Your responsibilities will include tracking operational performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, resolving performance and service issues, and providing operational insight to help highlight trends and anomalies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder feedback and listening programmes, creating communication packs for stakeholders at all levels, and ensuring alignment with operational requirements throughout the supplier relationship management and tender process. Your expertise in monitoring and managing KPIs, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and strong background in facilities management or retail sector will be essential in driving operational success and delivering value-add improvement projects in alignment with Sainsbury's values and core FM metrics.
 

Who you are
As an FM Operations Coordinator, you are a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in facilities management and ideally retail operations, possessing a deep understanding of FM operations and capital investment processes. Your expertise in monitoring and managing KPIs, coupled with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, allows you to provide actionable insights and strategies to enhance FM service performance. With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you excel in driving operational improvement projects, identifying root cause solutions, and prioritising tasks to deliver value-added outcomes. Your customer-focused approach and ability to work independently make you a valuable asset in ensuring best-in-class FM support functions and continuous operational excellence.
