What you'll do
As a FM Continuous Improvement Manager / FM Strategy Analyst in the FM team, your main responsibility will be to carry out detailed analysis using FM data systems, providing strategic guidance to the FM team and supporting colleagues in identifying deliverables and actions resulting from analytics projects. By combining quantitative and qualitative data, you will help inform strategic objectives and enable the absorption of wider property and retail metrics into FM analysis. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, generating innovative solutions to FM challenges, and analysing trends to make long-term strategic decisions for the business.
Who you are
You are a highly skilled professional with a strong background in data analysis, particularly within the realm of FM. With your strategic mindset and experience in FM-related strategy, you play a critical role in supporting the FM and Property teams by providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making. Your exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, and ability to combine qualitative and quantitative data enable you to spot trends, perform detailed analysis, and identify root causes to drive efficiencies and improvements in FM service delivery. With your strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior managers. Your attention to detail, commercial acumen, and commitment to accuracy ensure the integrity of data and information provided, allowing for informed strategic planning and long-term decision-making within the FM department.
What you need to do
- Carry out detailed analysis using the FM data systems to provide strategic guidance for the FM team.
- Apply analysis within context, supporting colleagues to identify the deliverables and actions resulting from analytics projects.
- Combine strategic and operational approaches with qualitative and quantitative data to deliver against strategic objectives.
- Understand the requirements of peers to develop project outcomes and requirements.
- Review data analysis tools focusing on defining the right output, particularly highlighting opportunities for efficiencies and cost reduction.
- Support colleagues to develop management information for supplier performance.
- Work cross functionally to enable wider property and retail metrics to be absorbed into FM analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collect, utilise, and analyse the correct data metrics which allows measurement for FM performance.
- Track savings targets and highlights areas of opportunity and risk.
- Perform budget formulation based on a data lead approach highlighting requirements on spend and performance.
- Responsible for the upkeep and integrity of data and systems to ensure accuracy and correct information is always provided.
- Innovate by defining solutions to technical and operational problems through the application of data.
