What you'll do
You’ll be responsible for developing compelling and effective creative campaigns across the Sainsbury's, Argos, Habitat, Tu, and Nectar brands. This role requires a strong creative ideation encompassing both art direction and copywriting, with a focus on conceptualising campaigns for a variety of media channels, from CRM to Social, OOH to AV, and beyond, particularly emphasising social-first campaigns. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deeply understand creative objectives, develop ideas, and execute top-quality campaigns, ensuring the work remains on-brand across multiple media touchpoints. Curiosity and creativity are equally essential in this role, as you navigate new thinking, concepts, and technologies to produce fresh and unconventional solutions to creative challenges. Staying up-to-date with industry, cultural, tech, and social trends is crucial to maintain a competitive edge and ensure the impactful relevance of the creative work produced by Zest.

You’re a seasoned professional with a proven track record of developing compelling and effective creative campaigns across multiple brands and media channels. Your expertise in both art direction and copywriting, coupled with your ability to concept social-first ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams, enables you to bring campaigns to life that resonate with audiences and drive impact. With a strong focus on maintaining brand consistency and staying ahead of industry trends, you embody curiosity, creativity, adaptability, and emotional intelligence, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in creative delivery.
