We’d all like amazing work to do, and real work-life balance. That’s waiting for you at Sainsbury’s. We’re one of the biggest supermarkets in the UK with one of the largest websites. So marketing here really happens at scale. We move a lot faster than you’d think too, across Brand Planning, Brand Comms and Creative, Digital Marketing, CRM and Loyalty, Nectar 360, Insights, and Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability. More people shopping with us each week means more interactions. And thanks to data insight, we understand customers in a way that almost nobody else does. We work alongside incredible brand partners and the best agencies around. So if you have a passion to learn, grow and experience new teams, come and explore it all with us.

Are you passionate about customer loyalty and marketing? Join us at Sainsbury’s as a Loyalty Marketing Executive and be part of a dynamic team that drives value from our customers at all stages of their relationship with us.

At Sainsbury’s, we are not just one of the largest grocery retailers in the UK; we also operate the Nectar loyalty programme, Argos, Tu Clothing, Habitat, and Nectar360. With 45 million customer interactions weekly, we are a data-rich organization with a highly personalized and extensive multi-channel marketing programme across digital, in-store, and at home.

In this role, you will focus on driving the acquisition of Digital Nectar shoppers through the strong execution of our Nectar Marketing plans. You will understand the strategy and drive the delivery of activities that result in customer loyalty and support total business performance. You will scope, test, and implement new activity ideas and mechanics to further improve and refine the programme. Working with relevant agencies and internal teams, you will ensure all activities are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.

Building strong relationships with key teams, particularly analytics and product, will be crucial for the successful execution of plans. You will work closely with the Analytics team to ensure accurate forecasting, customer targeting, data selections, and post-campaign analysis. Additionally, you will manage campaign budgets and ensure all changes are communicated early for the most accurate read.

To succeed in this role, you will need knowledge of CRM and loyalty marketing campaigns, experience in end-to-end delivery of direct marketing campaigns, and strong creative and communication skills. You should be confident in interpreting and understanding data analytics, allowing you to manage learnings and recommendations based on results. Good stakeholder management skills and strong project management abilities are also essential.

Join us and be part of a team that champions customer loyalty and drives business growth through data-led insights. Apply now to become a Loyalty Marketing Executive at Sainsbury’s and help us create a better experience for our customers.
