What you'll do
In the role of Zest C4 Midweight Digital Designer at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for developing innovative and visually compelling design concepts that align with the brand identities of various Sainsbury's portfolio brands, such as Nectar, Argos, Habitat, Tu, and Smart Charge, ensuring they resonate with our customers. You will work closely with the Design Director and Creative Team to craft designs that meet brand standards and performance goals across a range of digital touchpoints, including social, display, email, digital screens, and web projects. Your role will involve interpreting briefs, concepting and creating dynamic digital content with a focus on interactive HTML5 assets, while staying abreast of evolving design trends and technologies. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external partners, present and pitch your creative work, and mentor junior team members to contribute to Zest's ambition of delivering outstanding design and memorable digital experiences to our customers.

Your expertise in HTML5 capabilities and experience in delivering creative across various digital touchpoints, combined with your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain design standards, allows you to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. With a keen eye for detail, a passion for staying ahead of design trends, and a commitment to delivering outstanding digital experiences, you play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the creative direction of the brands within our portfolio.
