What You’ll be doing:
- Manage the warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.
- Deliver consistent business performance and standards across the end-to-end warehouse operation.
- Manage and maintain external relationships with various stakeholders, including stores.
- Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operations.
- Monitor and implement compliance and support the People Plan using an HR business model.

- Proven track record of leading and acting as a role model to inspire a large team to deliver outstanding results.
- Strong understanding of policies and processes related to people management, safety, health, and environment, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Skilled at identifying opportunities for process improvement and presenting this information to drive positive change.
- Confident in making decisions in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while being open to innovative approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders and foster a collaborative team culture.
