What you'll do
You will play a vital role in a dynamic team at the forefront of business change in an increasingly complex environment by ensuring the maximisation of commercial and operational value by delivering key elements of the overall commercial proposition across all brands and channels. Your responsibilities will include collating data for the Compliance, Audit, Risk and Excellence Report (CARE) on a periodic basis, ensuring accuracy for precise reporting, and coordinating the training requirements and resources for both new starters and existing colleagues. You will analyse trading systems data, produce compliance reporting, and maintain accurate records of all documents. Additionally, you will build cross-functional relationships to support commercial training requirements and manage the Trading Compliance inbox. With excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, you will contribute to the growth of capability and risk awareness within a complex regulatory environment. Your self-motivation and ability to work on your initiative will be essential as you help the Trading Compliance Manager meet deadlines and drive continuous improvement in tackling issues and opportunities.
Who you are
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional, dedicated to ensuring compliance and maximising commercial value across all brands and channels. With your excellent administrative and planning skills, you collate and analyse data for CARE Report, enabling the growth of capability and risk awareness within an increasing regulatory environment. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail allow you to compile accurate compliance reports and coordinate training requirements for colleagues, ensuring they are equipped to operate effectively in the commercial landscape. With your strong communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships, you contribute to the smooth execution of commercial training and compliance processes. As a self-motivated individual, you constantly seek new and improved ways to address challenges and opportunities, bringing a challenger mindset to the team.
