What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager at Sainsbury's in the Marketing - Zest division, you will be responsible for driving the quality and effectiveness of creative work by collaborating closely with the Account Director. Building strong, trusted relationships with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external agency partners will be crucial, as you work towards delivering excellent account management and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects. Your role will involve providing relevant feedback on strategy and creative work, attending shoots as required, managing multiple projects concurrently, and contributing towards client satisfaction through effective development of work and relationship management. Additionally, you will act as a deputy for the Account Director in meetings and conversations, confidently providing insights on strategy and creative work, and ensuring that client feedback is effectively communicated to the creative teams.

Who you are

As a Senior Account Manager at Sainsbury's Zest Marketing division, you are a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of communications strategy and creative development, enabling you to drive marketing performance and deliver high-quality campaigns. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external agency partners ensure the successful execution of projects and the satisfaction of clients. With a proactive and adaptable approach, you support the Account Director in managing complex projects end to end, providing relevant feedback, and maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and excellence in client service.
