What you'll do

As a Senior Insight Consultant at Nectar360, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing key client relationships, both with Sainsbury's stakeholders and the N360 client services team, to drive revenue growth across Nectar360 data and insight solutions. Utilizing your strategic account management skills, you will develop a deep understanding of your clients' business needs and collaborate with the Client Services team to provide data-driven insights that improve their decision-making processes. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in the FMCG food industry to win client spend by proactively offering tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Managing and delivering large, strategic projects that offer impactful insights will be a core responsibility, along with budget management and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across various internal and external stakeholders. Your natural curiosity for industry trends and competitive insights will enable you to identify new opportunities for growth and forge strong relationships with clients and team members, ultimately contributing to the achievement of business targets and driving the success of Nectar360's Data & Insights team.

You possess excellent strategic account management skills and have a track record of building and nurturing client relationships. With your deep knowledge of the industry, trends, and challenges, you proactively provide solutions that meet client needs and objectives. Your ability to manage and deliver large, strategic projects, along with your astute relationship management skills, enables you to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, Sainsbury's teams, and external suppliers. Your natural curiosity, creative thinking, and customer-centric approach drive growth and establish you as a trusted partner in driving impactful insights and revenue for Nectar360. You also have the aptitude for line management, motivating and developing the consultancy team to excel in their roles.
