Role Profile: Recruitment Manager (C5) – Technology

Position Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the technology recruiting team consisting of product, engineering, architecture, information security, delivery and service management recruiting. As the Recruitment Manager you will be accountable for leading and coaching a team of 9 experienced Senior Recruiters (7 FTE, 2 FTC) to deliver best-in-class recruitment and talent acquisition solutions for SSC hiring. Here you will have a focus developing our end-to-end processes, seeking out opportunities to further develop the team’s proposition to ensure we find the best possible talent on the market. This is a fast-paced role where you will work collaboratively with our Brand and Attraction and Sourcing teams, People Partners, and leadership teams to deliver our strategic talent plan and enable our strategy through the exceptional talent we bring into the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the Recruitment Process: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment for roles up to C6 level, focusing on diversity, candidate management, and effective hiring practices.
- Build exemplary relationships: Develop deep connections with Hiring Managers, external suppliers , and key stakeholders to ensure focused and successful recruitment activities.
- Strategic Talent Planning: Collaborate with Talent Partners to identify and implement recruitment actions that support our business’s strategic talent objectives.
- Insightful Market Analysis: Provide vital market insights, vacancy trends, and recruitment data to stakeholders, aiding in proactive and strategic talent sourcing.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and adapt your team’s resources to meet our ever-evolving business needs, emphasising value creation.
- Leadership and Development: Cultivate a high-performing team through robust performance management, coaching, and personal development.
- Elevate Candidate Experiences: Manage the recruitment process to enhance our employer brand and ensure a positive candidate journey.
What we seek in you:
- Market specific experience: Previous experience recruiting for either engineering or product based positions.
- Expert Recruitment knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of modern recruitment practices, market mapping, sourcing and inclusive hiring strategies.
- Inspirational Leadership: Experience in managing, leading and growing a team of Senior Recruiters, driving them towards excellence.
- Data-Driven Insight: Comfortable manipulating data to uncover opportunities and execute effective talent plans.
- Continuous Learning: Stays updated with the latest in recruitment technology and strategies demonstrating a growth mindset
- Influential Communication skills: Possess strong influencing skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively at all levels.
