What you'll do
As a Supply Chain Analyst within the Argos Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the transformation of the Argos Business, focusing on supply chain strategic priorities and helping commercial and supply chain teams optimise stock holding in stores to achieve working capital targets. You will leverage your analytical skills and commercial insight to provide actionable insights, recommend opportunities for improvement, and deliver analytical value for the Supply Chain divisions. Working with a modern tech stack of SQL, Snowflake, R, Python, and MicroStrategy, you will collaborate with talented colleagues to drive impactful changes at the heart of the Argos.

Essential Criteria
- Demonstrable experience delivering actionable insight and business change through analytics. You must show evidence of having used data analysis to drive measurable improvements or decisions in a business context.
- Proficiency in SQL and either R or Python.
- Ability to interpret KPIs and analytical frameworks to identify opportunities and guide action.
- Experience providing insight to supply chain or logistics functions.
- Capability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders. You must have the ability translate analytical outputs into clear, compelling narratives that influence decision-making.
