What you'll do
In the role of Personal Assistant, you will provide professional and confidential support to Category Directors, undertaking a range of administrative, organisational, and analytical tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple diaries, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, handling communications, maintaining systems, processing expenses, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of information. Additionally, you will act as the first point of contact within the team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitating clear and timely communications while organising events, visits, and conferences as needed. Your role will also involve collaborating cross-functionally with other domains to ensure efficient and effective information management and support the leaders in their day-to-day activities with discretion and confidentiality.

Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality enable you to uphold business values, build strong relationships, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the team in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous Personal Assistant experience in a PA or team support capacity.
- Diary management - Ability to organise multiple diaries and meetings.
- Stakeholder management with confidence in supplier-facing communication.
- Time management with the ability to prioritise effectively.
