Administration Clerk
We are looking to recruit a Administration Clerk to work in the Crick Primary Hub. The job holder will be responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support to the Admin Supervisor. The role holder will primarily be responsible for payroll administration and account recording.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a administrative role although full training will be given.
What you need to do
• Checking drivers hours against the automated system, inputting bonus payments and ad hoc payments
• Update and maintain holiday rota, ensuring all holiday, sickness and other duties are entered
• Calculating agency usage and updating agency systems
• Inputting costings in to the accounts sheet on a weekly basis
• Entering KPIs for the weekly period reports
• Raising purchase orders via the Oracle system
What you need to know and show
• Good experience in administration services and systems including Outlook, Excel and ideally PO systems.
• Good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• The importance of accurate records and correct data entry
• A meticulous record keeper
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Good communication skills both over the telephone and written
• How to handle sensitive personal information in line with data protection regulations
• Previous experience with payroll is essential
