- Proven experience of influencing senior stakeholders across a number of functions (beyond the people function)
 - Experience of end to management of large scale, complex outcomes from solution design to implementation
 - Proven project management capability that brings together multiple stakeholder groups beyond the People function to drive/ develop solutions
 - Strong ability to work outside own specialism and seek solutions when the answer isn't apparent
 - Experience in working in HR (Specialist/ generalist role)
 - Nice to have: People consultancy experience internally or with external clients
