As a People Outcome Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our workforce, ensuring positive outcomes for our colleagues. Working closely with the Head of People Outcomes, you will work on a range of programmes that drive strategic value for the business.
 
What you'll do
 
Outcomes is what we term the delivery of a wide variety of solutions to people related business problems / programmes that drive strategic value across one or more of our areas of HR priority. You will play a crucial role in driving and delivering these outcomes for our business. Working closely with the Head of People Outcomes, you will make sure the scope is clear, and that there are clear stakeholder engagement plans and measures of success in place. You will work with an agile set of colleagues across teams to work through the delivery of the outcome.
As a natural collaborator, you will be able to remove barriers to execution whilst building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders. Always thinking ahead, you will develop innovative solutions to support the outcome and ensure solutions are fit for purpose to drive value for the business. As a coach, you will support the People Outcome Executive, driving upskilling within your team and ensuring that capabilities and expertise required to deliver the outcomes are available.
 
Who you are
 
You are a highly skilled people professional with proven experience of managing cross functional projects and programme. Able to influence at all levels, you know how to build collaborative, strong relationships with key stakeholders across a business. You're a highly commercial thinker, able to convert business challenges into actionable solutions, with clear busines cases. Able to adapt to changing environments, you know how to think creatively to deliver outcomes, and develop innovative solutions. As a strategic thinker and natural influencer, you are committed to continuous improvement, always looking for opportunities to increase capability and deliver a great service
 
Essential Criteria
  • Proven experience of influencing senior stakeholders across a number of functions (beyond the people function)
  • Experience of end to management of large scale, complex outcomes from solution design to implementation
  • Proven project management capability that brings together multiple stakeholder groups beyond the People function to drive/ develop solutions 
  • Strong ability to work outside own specialism and seek solutions when the answer isn't apparent 
  • Experience in working in HR (Specialist/ generalist role)
  • Nice to have: People consultancy experience internally or with external clients
