More About the Role 

As Proposition Planning Manager, you’ll define and deliver the Argos propositional roadmap. You’ll lead strategic initiatives across value-added services such as trade-in, installation, and delivery pricing. You’ll also shape loyalty mechanics like Argos Plus, working cross-functionally to influence senior stakeholders and ensure alignment with commercial and strategic goals. 

This is a project-led role where you’ll facilitate working groups, collaborate with finance, and present insights to senior leaders. You’ll be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring our propositions meet evolving customer needs.

Essential Criteria 

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions 

Experience in strategic planning or proposition development 

Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills 

Ability to manage cross-functional projects and working groups 

Excellent communication and presentation skills
