What you'll do

As the Colleague Voice and Insights Coordinator at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of colleague engagement strategies and programmes by actively listening to colleagues, managing feedback loops, and utilising insights to drive organisational change. You will be responsible for coordinating colleague voice and insights activities, including administering colleague surveys, managing listening sessions for leadership, and supporting colleague involvement groups. Additionally, you will engage with colleagues to gather feedback, respond to inquiries, update communications channels, and ensure the smooth running of administrative tasks to enhance colleague engagement across the organisation.

As a Colleague Voice and Insights Coordinator for Sainsbury's, you are a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record of project support and administration. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with your ability to collate information and summarise key points, enable you to effectively support the team in delivering an impactful colleague engagement strategy and programmes. Thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments, you excel in building strong relationships, handling information confidentially, and working collaboratively to drive positive change and enhance colleague engagement across the organisation

Essential Criteria 

  • Demonstrable experience in project support and administrative coordination, including managing schedules, responding to data requests, and handling shared inboxes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and intranet content management systems, with the ability to support survey platforms and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to summarise qualitative input, such as note-taking during listening sessions and producing concise summaries for stakeholders.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with evidence of engaging with colleagues and updating internal communication channels.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver tasks to deadline, including responding to short-notice requests and liaising across departments to meet service level agreements.
